These terms apply to your use of abdulwebsolutions.com and to services provided by Abdul Web Solutions ("we", "us"). Where a written quote or agreement for a specific project says something different, that document takes priority.

1. Using this website

The content on this website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is free of errors. You may not copy, reuse or republish the design, text or code of this website without our permission.

2. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote setting out what will be delivered, the price and an estimated timeline. Work outside that scope — extra pages, features or rounds of changes — is quoted separately and agreed with you before it is carried out.

3. Payment

The payment schedule for your project is set out in your quote. Work begins once the first agreed payment has been received, and the finished project is handed over or made live once the final payment has been received. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

4. Timelines

Timelines are estimates given in good faith. They depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals from you on time; delays in these may move the delivery date.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you supply, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. We are not liable for claims arising from content you provide.

6. Revisions

Each quote includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Further changes, or changes requested after a stage has been approved, may be charged at an additional cost agreed in advance.

7. Ownership

Once the project has been paid for in full, the final design and deliverables created for you are yours. Third-party items such as fonts, plugins, themes, stock images and software libraries remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

8. Third-party costs

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, app store fees, stock assets and similar third-party costs are not included in our price unless your quote says so, and are paid by you.

9. Support after launch

Projects include 30 days of post-launch support to fix any issues with the work we delivered. New features, content changes and ongoing maintenance after that period are available through a care plan or a separate quote.

10. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, or for problems caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made to the work by anyone other than us. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

11. Ending a project

Either of us may end a project by giving written notice. You will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point, and that work will be handed over once it has been paid for.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.
